Giant robots and cheeky rabbits on the silver screen

April 27, 2018

This weekend sees two very different stories — one little and one large — playing out at The Pickaquoy Centre’s cinema, as Pacific Rim: Uprising and Peter Rabbit take to the big screen.

If Beatrix Potter has a special place in your heart, why not treat yourself and the kids to an adaptation of one of her classics — Peter Rabbit — which is bound to become a family favourite. (cert. PG)

However, if giant robots punching things and loud noises are more your bag then get yourself a ticket to Pacific Rim: Uprising (12A). The sequel to the 2013 blockbuster hit, Pacific Rim, sees a new generation of Jaeger pilots take on a Kaiju threat.
