Orkney FC gained back-to-back victories for the first time this season after beating Bonar Bridge by four goals to one.

The home side were rewarded for an enterprising start as Connan Rendall continued his fine form from last weekend’s victory over Thurso as he rolled the ball into the net.

Aiden Drever put Orkney in control of the tie just before half-time as he nodded the ball into the net after Liam Delday’s shot had been parried.

Bonar hit back through a Paul McDonald header but Orkney closed the game out with two goals in the final ten minutes.

Delday slotted for 3-1 before the returning Jamie Flett completed the win on 85 minutes and confirm Orkney’s third North Caledonian League victory of the season.
