Twelve teams contesting seven-a-side contest

A senior seven-a-side football competition is due to be contested at Picky this afternoon.

The tournament, sponsored by A Better Bite, is being contested by 12 teams — Thorfinn, Rovers, Burray, Wanderers, Thurso Spartans, Kirkwall United, RSR, Orphir, Toonies, St Andrews, Flotta, Hoy and Walls, and Deerness.

The fun competition, which was won by Rovers last year, is set to kick-off at noon.
