Shapinsay bairns show racism the red card

The children and staff from Shapinsay Primary School all wore red and brought in donations for the Show Racism the Red Card charity. £23.60 was raised.

Show Racism the Red Card is the UK’s largest anti-racism educational charity. Founded in 1996, the charity utilises the high-profile status of football and football players to help tackle racism in society. 

The majority of the campaign’s work involves the delivery of educational workshops to young people and adults in schools, workplaces, and at events held in football stadiums.
