Rovers clinch ‘A’ League title

Kirkwall Rovers have been crowned Orkney Cheese ‘A’ League champions, after they beat St Andrews 6-0 at the Bignold Park earlier this evening.

The result saw Rovers lift their first league title since 2008, and also means that St Andrews finish botto  of the league.

Also this evening, Thorfinn drew 1-1 with Rendall, Dounby beat Holm 5-2 and Hotspurs were beaten 3-0 at home by Stromness.
