Road closure in Kirkwall

Kirkwall’s Foreland Road will remain closed to all vehicles next week due to ongoing works connected to the construction of the county’s new hospital and healthcare facility nearby.

According to Orkney Islands Council, the pedestrian footpath will remain open were possible and if it has to be closed, then appropriate signage will be put in place.
