Reminder — last posting dates for Christmas mail
Royal Mail is urging customers to get their Christmas mail in the post before this week’s last posting dates, to ensure that parcels, letters and cards arrive with loved ones in time for Christmas.
- The last recommended posting date for 2nd class mail is TODAY, Wednesday, December 20.
- The last recommended posting date for 1st class mail is TOMORROW, Thursday, December 21.
- Any customers who miss these dates can use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed service up until Friday, December 22.
In order to ensure that your Christmas mail arrives safely, Royal Mail would also like to remind folk to write addresses clearly and legibly — always including the full postcode, as well as including a return address.
