This is according to Rousay weather watcher and astronomer, John Vetterlein, who has shared optimistic auroral forecast for the coming evening.

If you’re a northern lights chaser, tonight may be the night to get to somewhere dark and scenic, dress up warm, and sit tight for a magnificent display — as long as there aren’t too many clouds!
