Police pursue scrap metal thief

Police in Kirkwall are appealing for information after a quantity of scrap metal, including car batteries and wheels, was removed from the car park near to Coplands Dock in Stromness.

Officers say that the material went missing between Friday, February 25 and Monday, February 28.

Anyone with information on the above incident is asked to contact Kirkwall Police Station.
