Police appeal for information
Kirkwall police would like to speak to a male, described as in his 20s, with dark brown hair and wearing a dark bomber jacket.
He may have been in the Mill Street and Meadowbank area of the town on Friday, July 1, in the early evening, and may be able to assist police in their inquiries.
