Police appeal for information on road accidents

Police are seeking information regarding two incidents involving motor vehicles last week.

About 10am on Wednesday December 28, a white van travelling towards Kirkwall on the A965 at Quanterness, collided with a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction.

Also, on the morning of Friday, December 30, a silver Renault motor vehicle left the road on the Holm Straights and collided with a dry stone dyke, causing damage.
