Police appeal after supermarket carpark altercation

Police in Kirkwall are appealing for information over two different incidents that took place in supermarket carparks in Orkney earlier this month.

Firstly, what police have referred to as an “altercation” took place between a man and the driver of a red car in the carpark of the Co-op on Ferry Road, Stromness, at around 9.30pm on Friday, April, 20.

Secondly, a red Citroën DS3 was damaged in the carpark of Lidl store in Kirkwall. Police say the incident is thought to have happened on Thursday, April 12, between 2pm and 2.20pm.
