Police appeal after bicycle theft

Police in Kirkwall are appealing for witnesses following the theft of a mountain bike from Liberator Drive in Kirkwall.

Officers believe the crime took place at some point between the Tuesday, June 26 and Saturday, June 30.

This bike is described as a grey and orange “Giant”  adults mountain bike. It was purchased recently and is in very good condition.

A child’s BMX bike was also reported stolen at the same time, but has now been recovered from the Peedie Sea.
