Patients asked to feedback opinion on local healthcare services

NHS Orkney is asking patients and their carers to share their experiences of using local health services online, as part of their continuing commitment to improving services.

The health board has teamed up with independent feedback website “Patient Opinion” to give people a chance to share praise or concerns about their healthcare experiences.

NHS Orkney chief executive Cathie Cowan, said: “Patient feedback is a crucial part of how we improve our services and we urge people to share their experiences, positive or negative, directly with our staff through Patient Opinion.”

Anyone can see other stories about NHS Orkney services, or share their experience of health services online, by visiting www.patientopinion.org.uk.
