Overhouse gimmer is crowned champion

A Beltex gimmer shown by the Copland family from Overhouse, Harray has scooped the overall Beltex Championship at the Royal Highland Show.

The animal was also judged as top female, after initially coming through a class of over 50 gimmers, at the Show held in Ingliston, Edinburgh.
