Orkney netball ace receives Scotland call-up

Sarah MacPhail is looking forward to representing Scotland once more at the Under-21 European Championships.

International netballer Sarah MacPhail is over the moon following another Scotland call-up.

The netball ace was named in the 12-player squad which will take to the court for the upcoming Under-21 Netball Europe Championships in Antrim, Northern Ireland.

She said it was a “privilege” to represent Scotland in a sport she loves.

The championships, involving the four home nations, get under way on Friday, October 5, and come to a conclusion on Sunday, October 7.
