OIC to continue refuse collection despite weather

Orkney Islands Council has confirmed that it will be attempting to complete refuse and recycling collections scheduled for today, Wednesday, despite the wintery weather.

Folk are asked to put out their bins out as usual. Due to conditions the council has said it is likely there will be some areas it refuse teams don’t manage today.
