Finance Adminstrator

We require a finance administrator to provide financial and administrative support to help manage the finances of our business.

Key responsibilities

  • Accurately recording all financial transactions on computer systems
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Credit Control
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Administration of payroll
  • Preparing and submitting VAT reports

Applicants must possess good communication skills, a high level of accuracy as well as have excellent attention to detail. A knowledge of book-keeping activities essential. This post would preferably be 35 hours per week but can be negotiable.
