We currently have a vacancy for the role of administration assistant in our busy Orkney depot. The job role is extremely varied and involves ensuring all banking, cashing up and the mail is dealt with on a daily basis, along with filing, invoicing, issuing of credit notes and the updating of spreadsheets for the depot and our Head Office information; you will also be dealing with customers’ queries. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with our customers by telephone and email, and have the ability to work well as part of a team or on their own initiative. You should have excellent numeracy skills, along with good organisational skills and with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload.
