Inter-isles services moves into digital age

Flights to and from North Ronaldsay can now be made via Loganair’s website.

After 51 years of operations, reservations for Loganair’s Orkney Inter-Isles services can now be made online.

Previously only available over the phone or in person, passengers can now use the Loganair website to book flights connecting Kirkwall with North Ronaldsay, Sanday, Stronsay, Eday, Westray and Papa Westray.

The network also includes the world’s shortest scheduled air service between Westray and Papa Westray.

Loganair’s managing director, Jonathan Hinkles, commented: “Over fifty years after starting the service, we’re delighted to bring these flights to the Loganair website.

“It is our hope that this will offer our passengers even greater ease when travelling between Orkney’s islands.”
