Electric Orkney dismantle Haddington

Jon Tait scored twice during Orkney’s win against Haddington.

Orkney RFC swept aside Haddington RFC in a totally dominant display this afternoon.

The home side ran in nine tries in the 60-7 victory, securing a bonus-point victory to send their supporters home delighted.

The visitors simply had no answer to a determined and swashbuckling home side.

Jon Tait, Matt Jackson and Philip Ross scored braces, while Graham Poke, Gary Nicolson and Scott Rendall also got tries.
