Disruptions to recycling collection

Due to today’s high winds, Orkney Islands Council are having problems collecting the recycling from the areas three, central Kirkwall, and eight, South Ronaldsay and Burray, today.

OIC have said If they don’t get all the recycling today then members of the public in affected areas can put it out for the next collection for the next collection or take it to your nearest Civic Amenity Site for recycling.
