A carved wooden bench, dedicated to the memory of Karen Aim, was unveiled in Holm yesterday, Sunday.

The bench, carved from a single tree in New Zealand, has been sited beside the totem pole and looks out over the first barrier.

Karen Aim was murdered in Taupo. New Zealand, in 2008 — a crime that left folk in Orkney and New Zealand in a state of shock.
