Achieve your health and fitness goals with FREE eight-week programme

We’ve teamed up with Craig Russell, of CR Coaching, to offer three lucky people a FREE eight-week educational programme, worth £100, designed to leave you with a positive mindset and help you lose weight in an enjoyable and sustainable manner.

Led by Craig, the training programme will be tailored to your specific goals, favoured choice of exercise, and will show you a way to include all your favourite foods and drinks while still achieving your aims.

Craig will take you through eight weeks of education modules focusing on nutrition, training methods, physiology and creating a positive mind frame, with content and daily check-ins delivered through one-on-one videos and his PT app.

Once the programme finishes, you will then have the option to extend your stay with CR Coaching.

The three people will be featured in The Orcadian each week as we check in on progress, and encourage and promote a healthier lifestyle to all our readers.
