Police tractor and lorry appeal

Police are looking to trace the driver of a tractor travelling east, near the Birsay Community Hall, last Wednesday night at 8.30pm.

It is believed the driver may have information that will assist in the investigation of an incident that occurred near to this location.

Information should be passed to Sergeant Keith Bendall, at Kirkwall Police Station, via 101.

Meanwhile, police would like to hear from anyone with information regarding the movements of a white Mitsubishi flatbed lorry on, or near, the Shapinsay Slip in the early hours of Sunday morning. Anyone who can help with  police inquiries is asked to contact the Kirkwall station via 101.
