Police called to beach after car leaves road

The emergency services were called to an area near the Broch of Gurness yesterday afternoon,Thursday, after a car left the road and ended up on the beach.

According to the police, the incident was reported to them just before 2pm and the female driver of the blue Ford Fiesta involved, was uninjured in the accident. No one else was involved in the incident.
