Our aim is to provide the tastiest food you can buy and
we achieve this by using only the finest ingredients.
We have a great variety of fresh fish and shellfish everyday.
All our beef, lamb and pork is from Orkney and most is from our own Organic farm .
We also smoke fish traditionally in a non automated kilns :salmon, organic salmon, kippers, mackerel, haddock. We make our own fishcakes and speciality sausages containing only wholesome ingredients .
Our shop stocks Orkney produce such as Orkney preserves, Stenness Chocolates, Orkney fudge, Home baking, Orkney Marinated Herring, Orkney cheeses and the famous seaweed eating North Ronaldsay lamb.
