The Orkney Childcare Partnership is an advisory group which contributes
to the planning and financial support of children's services in
the community.
Its purpose is to facilitate the expansion of the availability
of good quality childcare and early education throughout Orkney.
Membership of the Partnership consists of representatives of all
the main providers of services for children.
The remit for the Childcare Partnership includes pre-school, after-school
care, training, childminders and opportunities for children with
special needs. The Orkney Childcare Information Service is part
