Newton Faulkner to return for October gig

Just days after the announcement that Orkney will be welcoming Scouting For Girls to its shores, it has been confirmed that another big name act will be performing in Kirkwall.

Singer-songwriter, Newton Faulkner, is due to take the stage of Kirkwall’s newest venue — The Sound Archive — this October.

This will be the third time the folk-rock artist has visited Orkney, having previously performed two sell-out gigs in 2010 and 2014.
