Refuse collection changes in Flotta

Orkney Islands Council is reminding Flotta residents that, from May, their refuse collections will change from Wednesdays to Tuesdays.

The last Wednesday collection will be tomorrow, April 29, with the first Tuesday collection taking place on May 5.

Residents are also reminded that they will also need to have their bins/bags out ready for collection by 8am as the refuse vehicle will only be on the island until noon on Tuesdays.
