The first turf for Burray’s new 12-hole crazy golf course and play area was cut today.

As well as funds raised through their own efforts, Burray Community Association have received financial support from a variety of sources including a grant of over £35,000 from the OIC Community Development Fund.

Plans for the development not only include the crazy golf course, but also a “trim track”play area, public barbecue and additional play equipment.

According to Burray Community Association, the new slide, and swings will be ready for use in July with the crazy golf course and “trim track” available to use later in the year, around October or November.
