Missing person appeal

Orkney police are currently trying to trace the whereabouts of local man Michael Ritch who was last seen around 9 pm on Wednesday 23rd July, yesterday,  and whose car has been found in the Yesnaby area today.

Michael is 33 years of age and described as being about 5′ 8″ tall, of slim build with short dark hair and last seen wearing a dark blue jacket over a dark blue polo shirt, blue denim jeans, brown shoes and a blue beanie style hat.

It is requested that anybody who has seen Mr Ritch or his red Skoda Fabia car or know of his current whereabouts contact Police Scotland on 101.
