OIC suffering communications problems

Orkney Islands Council is advising that it is currently experiencing IT problems , which are affecting phone and email systems. According to the council, email currently cannot be sent or received and people are asked not to phone OIC unless their call is urgent. Efforts are underway to resolve the problems.
